A nice size room with a very nice shower and a comfortable bed, as example, and safe too for guests' safety. Convenient and ideal location very close to the railway station and most touristic attractions and shops restaurants, could not be better.

During our stay, we encountered an unexpected power outage in the hotel. However, the staff at Diana went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety. They quickly provided us with flashlights and guided us to the emergency exit. Their professionalism and care truly impressed us. The next morning, when power was restored, the owner personally apologized for the inconvenience and offered us a complimentary breakfast. Despite this minor inconvenience, we had a wonderful stay at Diana and would definitely recommend it. a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay. The desk staff were very helpful and even fun. Rooms are small but efficient. Breakfast room and options were good. Great location walking distance to San Vitale and Galla Placida which are worth the trip to Ravenna.

One guest had a problem with the air conditioning in the room and the hotel moved her to a suite at no additional cost.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

At Hotel Diana we liked the location was so close to all of the major attractions, within 15 minutes walk you can be almost anywhere. Ravenna is a small town. Being just outside the "old city" kept the noise to a minimum. Diana is located next to an old church, our room was fortunate enough to have a view of this church, this was a nice perk.

A little difficult to locate by car since it is situated on a very narrow street but once you safely arrive everything you need to see and know about Ravenna is within walking distance. Hotel staff are excellent from the reception to the breakfast aides.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay at to see the historic centre. Everything was within walking distance and the staff were very helpful. Secure parking was right next door so this made our stay easier.

The hotel is situated some 15 minutes on foot from the traion station and near all the major Ravenna attractions of Byzantine art nd architecture. It has no flashy outside, but inside it is of great comfort with large rooms, fully functional equipment, a breakfast with a great variety of delicious fruits, jams, honeys, juices and bakery. The staff is helpful, competent, and very friendly indeed. Ravenna seems to have made a commitment to become friendly to the environment, and this hotel has joined this effort in a discrete and consistent way. A wonderful place to stay, highly recommended also for families with small children (of which we saw quite a few at breakfast).
